A certified master builder, Tom has over 30 years of experience as a general contractor in all types of construction – from speculative entry and executive to custom residential and multi-family building, commercial tenant improvements and remodeling projects.

Since starting TA Liesy Homes Northwest, Tom has been involved in building homes in various communities across the Portland metropolitan area’s East side, and Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Tom has previously served as a State Director for the Oregon Home Builder’s Association and has taught construction management courses at the Northwest College of Construction.
Drawing heavily on his years of experience supervising the construction of thousands of homes, Tom’s top priority is, and always has been, building the highest quality home possible.
