Most builders and customers think that home construction begins with a blueprint. We know it begins with a conversation. Your home is not a assortment of walls, windows and doors. It’s where you and your family lives. So we take the time to get to know you. We will sit down with you to listen to what you want and need in your new custom home. What is your budget?. What is your timeframe? We ask these questions. Then we put together our best recommendations for you, based on our decades of experience. Once we’ve all agreed on the vision for your new custom home, we can begin the design<br /> process.
We Communicate Clearly: No Surprises for You
From our first meeting to the final finishing touches, we will be in regular communication with you. This begins with a clear framework of what we will do and what it will cost. We will agree on everything before the work starts. Throughout the design and build process we give you regular updates. Construction is sometimes subject to setbacks as things change constantly. We will do everything in our power to minimize these setbacks, but if anything does occur that effects the schedule or budget, we let you know immediately. Then we will go over the best options with you. As an honest homebuilder we follow the golden rule, treating you as we would want to be treated and ensuring two-way open communications with you.
